Instant Interest Defaults

Top  Previous  Next

When Instant Interest is invoked it loads default values from two files:

II32.INI which contains general system information such as the location of files, tab colors, and the default tab to be displayed when the program starts; and
DEFAULT.INT which contains the default Taxpayer, Fiscal Year Start, and Jurisdiction.

Values in II32.INI are changed using the submenu options under the Settings option on the main menu.

The values stored in DEFAULT.INT are changed by saving a file under the name specified for the Default Parameter File Name in the II32.INI file.

If these files or values within them are missing, Instant Interest will default the values appropriately.
