The Settings Submenu will be displayed if you press keyalt.jpg / keys.jpg or point at the Settings option on the main menu and press the left mouse key. The Settings Submenu looks like this:

The Defaults option on the Settings Submenu is used to change the values in the II32.INI file which determine:
| • | where the program, rate, and worksheet parameter files are located, |
| • | the names of the rate file and the default parameter file, |
| • | the default worksheet view displayed when Instant Interest starts, and |
| • | the font to be used when printing interest schedules. |
