This release reflects the following changes:

• Effective October 1:
  • Missouri changed its refund rate from 0.7% to 0.8%.

• Effective January 1, 2018:
  • Idaho will change its rate from 3.0% to 4.0%.
  • Michigan will change its rate from 4.70% to 5.15%.
